Lydia studied business and law and trained as a tax advisor at Ernst & Young as well as PwC. After several years in corporate tax consulting, she specialized in private income tax returns. In 2018, she founded her own tax consultancy in Berlin. With her practical experience, she brings a sharp focus on clients and their needs.

Daniel studied economics and trained as a tax advisor at Ernst & Young. While working in corporate tax consulting, he also developed a deep interest in digital solutions. For several years, he has specialized in automating income tax returns. With his passion for innovation, he leads our digital strategy while always keeping clients’ needs in mind.

Our Story
Our journey began in traditional tax consulting, shaped by manual processes, piles of paperwork, and little flexibility. Over time, the focus shifted more and more towards digitalization.
By automating and streamlining processes, we discovered how much easier and more transparent tax consulting could be. That’s why we founded Lapis – combining modern digital processes with personal, reliable advice from an experienced team.
